WhiteHawk Income Corporation has announced the size of its initial public offering (IPO) of 6.9-million Class A shares on the NYSE, at an expected price of between $25 and $27 apiece, which should raise $187-million.

The company intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.03-million shares of its Class A common stock at the IPO price, less the underwriting discount.

WhiteHawk has applied to list its Class A common stock on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “WHK”.

In connection with the closing of the proposed offering, the company aims to change its corporate name to WhiteHawk Minerals Corporation.

WhiteHawk is focused on acquiring and managing high-quality natural gas mineral and royalty interests in premier US basins, with a portfolio concentrated in the Appalachian and Haynesville basins. As of March 31, the company’s portfolio spanned about 3.4-million gross drilling spacing unit acres.
